Kendal is from Cave Spring, Georgia and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biological sciences from the University of Georgia. Before joining the FPDS faculty, Kendal was a second grade teaching assistant and preschool teacher. She and her husband, Swayze, who is an alum of FPDS, have two sons, Taitum and Swayze James. They attend Fondren Church. Kendal enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with friends and family. “I am so excited and extremely honored to be a part of the FPDS family. Teaching in an environment that values the Gospel in addition to academics is a blessing,” she says.
