First Presbyterian Day School

Mimi grew up in Tupelo and graduated from Mississippi State University with both Bachelor and Master degrees in elementary education. She joined the faculty of FPDS in 2015 and had previously taught elementary school in the Clinton and Rankin County School Districts. She and her husband, Benje, a graduate of FPDS, have four children, Jake, Maggie, Aubrey, and Cate, who each attend FPDS. Mimi enjoys traveling, reading, and exercising. She and her family attend Pinelake Madison. “I feel so privileged to work in a Christian environment with people who put Christ first,” she says. “Teachers at this school pray for your children, love them, teach them, and point them towards Jesus. It is well worth the investment.”
